If you see an interesting event listed, double-click it to open a details window with more information. ![]() For example, the history will show when you installed software, so you might be able to see whether crashes started occuring after the installation of a particular app. Critical events are typically what you’re really looking for here, but the other information can be useful as well. Click that day’s column and you’ll see more information at the bottom. If Windows crashed or froze, you’ll see a red circle with an “X” representing the failure.
